Spring, is that you? For those that have enjoyed some nicer weather this weekend (finally!), we hope you managed to get out on your bike to enjoy the sunshine.
It can be hard to know what to wear as the seasons begin to shift. Are you going to be absolutely freezing in shorts, or roasting in full leggings? The milder temperatures may have seen us shedding a few layers and digging out some of our lighter, more 'summery' clothing but it isn’t time to stow away all the winter kit just yet.
As ever, the HEXR helmet is a staple part of a cyclist’s wardrobe, but how about what you wear underneath it? Most of the team here at HEXR opt for a thin hat or cycling cap underneath their helmet, keeping their head nice and warm whilst being easy to stuff into a back pocket if things start to heat up.
Your helmet is custom-fit so you may find it fits more snuggly than other helmets. If you struggle to fit a layer underneath your helmet, then simply remove the padding. This does not compromise safety, and means your head can look good, feel good and keep you safe as you head out to explore – whatever the weather. Theo shows you how below ⬇️
