Our fitting app is now live

We created the HEXR app to help our customers begin the bespoke cycling helmet creation process themselves at home. This self-fitting stage is the first step along a journey to a safer, better-performing and more sustainable cycling helmet.

You’ll be supported through the self-fitting process by our AR guidance system, which helps ensure the data you capture is perfect for the purposes of building your HEXR. Your fitting will then be reviewed before it’s sent to production.

The fitting cap

To complete the self-fitting correctly, you’ll need a special fitting cap, which will be sent to you for free by HEXR when you place your order. It is not possible for you to gather accurate enough data without the cap, so please wait for it to arrive before firing up the app.

After completing your fitting, you’ll be able to check the status of your order in the app.
