1. INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions (our “Consumer Terms”) apply to customers who access and/or use our website, hexr.com (the “Website”) to purchase products listed on the Website. By accessing and/or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Consumer Terms.
HEXR HELMETS Ltd (“Hexr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 16721490 and registered office address Lock Studios, 7 Corsican Square, London, England, E3 3YD.
We reserve the right to amend these Consumer Terms from time to time. Please ensure you read and review these Consumer Terms before placing an order for products on the Website.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND AVAILABILITY
Descriptions, images and prices of our products can be found on our Website.
Descriptions
Product descriptions can be found on the Website. We have made every effort to be accurate in these descriptions but please note that all sizes, weights, colours, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated are approximate. Any products which are personalised shall depend on your instructions.
Images
Images of our products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. A product’s true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or its packaging may be slightly different.
Pricing
All prices and offers are subject to product availability, which cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to withdraw a product from sale at any time. If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All products are charged in the currency shown at checkout. You may be subject to charges.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
Please follow onscreen prompts to place an order. Once you have completed your order, we shall confirm receipt of your order via email and you will be sent an automatically generated order number, and confirmation of the following details: a description of the products, total price of the products, delivery charges and information relating to your right to cancel the order (“Order Confirmation”). Your order is deemed an offer to us to buy products on these Consumer Terms. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline an order. This email does not indicate our acceptance and merely acts as confirmation of receipt.
Our order process allows you to check and amend errors before submitting your order to us. If we're making or supplying the product to measurements you provide, you're responsible for making sure those measurements are correct. Please check the order carefully before confirming it.
To constitute our acceptance of your offer, we will contact you to confirm that we have accepted your order and begun processing for manufacture (“Manufacturing Confirmation”). A contract will then be formed between us.
4. DELAYS, REJECTED ORDERS AND RETURNS
An order may be delayed by an event outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. You will receive a refund for any product you have paid for but not received.
An order may be rejected due to a product being out of stock, payment not being received or because you are located outside our delivery areas (as listed in paragraph [5] (Shipping)). If this happens, we will let you know and refund any sums paid.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel an order prior to receiving our Manufacturing Confirmation. After this stage, cancellation is no longer possible, unless the products were damaged or faulty upon delivery, see clause 4.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer services team by email (hello@hexr.com) or using live chat on our Website. Please include order details when contacting us. Cancellation notice will be effective from the date and time that the email message is received by us.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the local customs office. HEXR has no control over such charges and we cannot predict the amount. You will be responsible for payment of such charges, which may be required before the products are released to you. Please contact your local customs office for further information on this.
Our helmets are certified to the following standards:
- U.S. CPSC 1203 bicycle helmet safety.
The certification is recognised in the following countries that we currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
- China
- Taiwan
- Japan
- Brazil
Please ensure you insert the correct international delivery address and postcode in full. We do not ship to PO boxes or forwarding services. If you insert a delivery address that is incorrect or invalid, the delivery may be delayed. If an issue arises, please contact your local delivery courier. We are not responsible for any loss of goods due to you providing incorrect delivery details.
You must observe and comply with local regulations and legal requirements in relation to the purchase and its delivery. HEXR accepts no liability in respect of the import of any goods that you order.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
Once you have chosen the products you would like to order, you will be directed to make payment. You can do so using a debit or credit card or by using PayPal.
We accept major credit and debit cards, and all payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store any payment information.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
These Consumer Terms shall not exclude or limit liability where it is unlawful to do so, including for:
- liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence; for fraud or negligent misrepresentation;
- a breach of the obligations outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including receiving a product that:
- matches the description provided;
- is of satisfactory quality; and
- fit for purpose; or
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We will not compensate for loss caused by us or our products if the loss is unexpected, is caused by a delaying event outside of our control or avoidable by you.
Disclaimer: Cycling involves inherent risks. By using our helmets, you acknowledge and accept that no helmet can prevent all injuries or fatalities, and agree to have read and understood the user manual. HEXR helmets are intended for cycling use only and are certified to meet the U.S. CPSC 1203 bicycle helmet standard. We do not guarantee that products are in stock.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of HEXR or its licensors. It may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our prior written consent.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

11. RESOLVING DISPUTES
Via Customer Service: if you have a complaint, please contact our customer service team (via email: hello@hexr.com) who will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our products.
Litigation: these Consumer Terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
12. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
